Neal Vaoifi began his involvement with automation controls at the Naval Weapons Station in Seal Beach, California. With a short time out to teach school, Neal has worked since 1985 in the industry. A director at Mission Controls, Neal is involved both in the business and engineering endeavors of the company. Neal has particular expertise in process-plant job estimation and in the management of new plant and process-plant upgrade projects.
