Mission Controls employs a full-time staff of project managers, estimators, engineers, technical and field support personnel, CAD artists, writers and administrators.

New to Mission Controls

Scott Banaitis
Field Service Engineer

Scott has joined the Mission Controls team as a Field Service Engineer. He has an extensive background in the food, beverage, and biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry, specializing in field services. Scott has worked with simple single loop controllers to full automated PLC-driven systems.

Don Dahlman
Senior Project Engineer

Don has joined the Mission Controls team as a Senior Project Engineer. He has a vast knowledge in environmental, mechanical and process engineering and has managed and maintained projects varying in size from beginning to end. Don specializes with high speed production and Burner Controls.

Andrzej Franczak
Entry Level Engineer

Andrzej has joined the Mission Controls team as a Entry Level Engineer. He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and a Master of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Maryland. Since joining the team, Andrzej has grown immensely writing codes and building HMI screens.
