Craig Nelson is recognized as one of the nation's preeminent authorities on:

• Food safety issues and the requirements of the Bio-Terrorism Act of 2002 in process plants
• Batch processing and the development of product loss, equipment usage and lot-genealogy reporting
• FDA regulation in food and dairy processing , and
• Modeling process plants in the ISA S88 model

Craig is the chief engineer and chief operating officer of Mission Controls. He is a fixed-wing, multi-engine commercial pilot as well, and flies staff, customers and vendors to the company's job sites in western America. Craig is much in demand as a featured speaker at national and international conferences and seminars, and is a principal trainer of FDA and state regulatory inspectors.
