Process Skids developed by Mission Controls for specific HTST, CIP or other application, are engineered and fabricated in our own Costa Mesa, California shop. Skid designs are produced for client review in Mission Controls’ exclusive 3D Virtual Process Design drawings before the keels are laid. Before the completed skids are shipped to the plant for installation, all functions are completely tested on water in our shop. When hookup is complete in the plant, everything works the first time.
Our Vision Systems division captures real time data in still or moving events. The use of cameras to augment other plant data collection devices is a natural outgrowth of recent technological advances in digital photography, and our engineers are fully up to date and conversant with the latest equipment, specifications and capabilities.
Mission Controls is an authorized dealer or reseller of brand name components and parts for every process or automation system. As with instrumentation, component and part sales are vetted through a Mission Controls engineer to insure you get the correct item.
