Panel Shop

Mission Controls maintains a fully equipped, permanently staffed UL 508A panel shop at its Costa Mesa headquarters. Our panel shop is completely owned and operated by Mission Controls. The panels we make are carefully engineered for each specific project or panel order.

We fabricate panels of all sizes and complexities, from small legal panels for pasteurization or other applications, to those controlling whole plant systems. Mission Controls' consistent standards of quality are applied in everything our panel shop does. Being Mission Controls, our standards are high.

Mission Controls panels are fabricated with close engineering input, and with precise attention to detail:

• At least 25% expansion space is included to allow for future add-ons and growth
• Wires are bundled and clearly labeled for ready identification
• All control panel components are national brand name, top-of-the-line
• All components are UL standard
• Panels are thoroughly power tested point-to-point in our shop prior to shipment
• Turnkey project panels are fully tested against plant and project-specific hardware, HMI screens and PLC code prior to shipment
• All panels include complete drawings and documentation
• Custom panels of any size are available to meet any plant requirement
