If you think your controller is not functioning, please run through the following steps before starting an RMA.
- Check mains socket is active.
- Check fan is active when plugged directly into mains socket.
If fan and mains socket are functioning normally
- Set up controller as per User Instructions.
If there is no power to controller
- Start RMA
